Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €7.95 applies.

Please note: free shipping does not apply to discounted items.

For shipping to other EU countries (where available), the shipping cost is €13.99. For orders outside the EU, we charge €19.99.

Shipping

If you place an order on weekdays before 16:00, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 work days. Your package will be shipped via GLS or PostNL. Once we have notified the shipping provider of your order, you will receive a link to track the delivery.

Please note: Due to increased demand at our shipping partners, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are doing everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Transport

We ship all packages with GLS or PostNL.

Unclaimed Package

For all packages that are not picked up at a collection point, an administration fee of €12.50 will be charged. This fee covers processing, return shipping, and handling costs. If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you must pick up the package at your collection point and return it to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as unclaimed. Upon receiving an unclaimed package, we will refund you the purchase cost minus the administration fee of €12.50 via the payment method we have on file. If a package for any reason does not return to us, we cannot refund the purchase cost.
