Is your product not working quite as you expected?

Please contact us first at service@nanit.de. In many cases, we can help you right away so that a return might not even be necessary.

How can you return a product?

You can easily register your return within 14 days of receipt through the Nanit return portal.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Alternatively, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, such as an email to service@nanit.de or a letter sent by post to: Baby Kids B.V., Königsborner Str. 26a, 39175 Biederitz, Germany, Phone: +49 39292929989. Please note that the above address for registering a return by post is not the return address for the products.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Important: Shipping is at your own risk. We recommend purchasing a return label through our return portal and keeping your proof of shipment. This way, you will receive a track & trace code and your parcel will always be traceable.

Important notice for returns from Switzerland

Please note: For returns from Switzerland, it is extremely important that the CN23 customs form is completed exactly as shown in this image. This helps avoid additional customs and clearance charges.

We can only accept and process returns that are correctly labelled and fully completed. Returns that are not properly declared as “Returned goods” will be sent back to the sender.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, as a consumer (not applicable to companies), you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in its original condition, as far as reasonably possible. The return shipping costs are at your expense when exercising the right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
